Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at in2Kids. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Return and Exchange Policy
Notice The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online orders only.
*Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
1. Domestic orders only, can exchange at any of our stores in Singapore.
2. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice accompanied with order invoice and return form.
3. Please ensure that the item(s) is in unworn original condition, original packaging and with the original tags attached.
4. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
5. Your original item(s) can be exchanged to another size and/or colour.
6. For exchange to other designs, there will be a top-up required for exchange to higher-priced item(s), based on the prevailing item value.
7. No refunds will be made for exchange to lower-priced item(s).
8. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the return item(s) is in its original condition, before we process your exchange.
9. No refund/return process in our stores for all online purchases.

Exchange by mail
1. Domestic orders only.
2. If the size and/or colour received does not fit, you may choose to mail it back to us for exchange to another size and/or colour. (Kindly indicate in the return form the size and/colour that you would like to change to.)
3. Please mail the package back to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
a. Include the item(s) you would like to exchange and the completed return form in your package.
b. Seal your package securely.

5. Cost: You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
6. Tips: posting via Registered Mail and request for a delivery confirmation tracking number to ensure that your package is traceable throughout the delivery process.
7. You will be notified via email once we have received your parcel.
8. Inspections: no defects, unworn, unwashed, in original condition.
9. A size and/or colour replacement (if available) will be shipped to you free of charge.
10. If the size and/or colour replacement is out of stock, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via Paypal to your credit or debit card within 14 working days upon receipt of your item.
11. You will receive an email from us once we have processed your refund.

a. Order No.
b. Clear picture and description of the defect/incorrect item
2. Our team will furnish you with greater details on returns via email.

In the event of any dispute, in2Kids has the right to the final decision.
