Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at in2Kids. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Singapore Only.

Shipment procedures
1. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email and tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way.
2. You can contact our customer care at xxxx@in2kids.com for your order status.
3. If you are not around when the parcel is being delivered, the courier service will give you a call to arrange a re-delivery.
4. In the unlikely event that your item is missing from your order, please contact us at xxxx@in2kids.com

Self-collection
1. It will take 2-3 working days to pack and deliver your parcels to our stores.
2. All stores in Singapore will be available for self-collection.
3. An email will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
4. Please collect your parcels within one week.
5. Any uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse and our customer service team will contact you for an alternative shipping method.

Shipment processing time
1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we’re experiencing order peaks.

* If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates
1. in2Kids offers free local delivery for all on-line purchase, NO extra-charge.
2. We do not deliever to these restricted areas/locations:
Airports, Sentosa Island, Tuas Industrial areas, Military Camps/Areas, Protected Areas, Changi Airfreight Center, Changi Cargo Complex/Alps Avenue (Free trade zones), Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Jurong Island and other offshore islands.
3. All delivery charges will be borne by the customer for any unsuccessful delivery.
4. Cost for re-delivery for the third delivery attempt or more will be borne by the recipient.
5. Cost incurred due to customer convenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient.

Damages
1. in2Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
2. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Singapore.

Please Note: in2Kids reserves the right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
In the event of any dispute, in2Kids has the right to the final decision.
